Often referred to as 'the swishiest gay bar outside London', Bar Icon has taken the Cardiff scene by storm since opening at the start of 2005.With its laid back atmosphere, reasonable drinks prices and two stylish floors, Icon is a key ingredient to any night out in Cardiff.

Bar Icon is situated on two floors. You have the choice of the busier downstairs bar or a more intimate lounge area upstairs which is also available to hire for private parties FREE OF CHARGE!

In addition to a wide range of cocktails, wines and vodkas, we serve extra cold lagers and beers from frozen fonts.

We're open seven days a week until late in the evening, with food served during the daytime Monday to Saturday from 12pm - 4pm.
